This addon combine EnergyWatch and MassoComboBar to one.
The addon works for both Rogues and Druids in Cat Form.
I wanted an addon that will show me the Combo Point, Energy as well as Energy Ticks in one simple addon so I decided to create RogueFocus.
Commands Line:
/rf
/roguefocus
To drag around the RogueFocus frames and the Options frame, use the Left Mouse button and the Alt key

Note, I had another account on WoWInterface.com (VoidRaider, Kolghan) these accounts are no longer active, I changed my name all over the UI sites to Lonny since I wanted to have one name all over the UI sites instead of "dancing" between various names. :D
