Mass Dispel Fail

"Mass Dispel Fail" is a module designed to immediately alert the user if Mass Dispel fails to dispel by playing a bell sound and sending a chat message. This is particularly useful for Sunwell raiding and Arena.

Commands:
/mdf enable (Toggles MDF on|off)
/mdf sound (Toggles sound on|off)
/mdf chan <channel> (Selects channel for message to be displayed e.g. say, party)
/mdf selfonly (Toggles showing other people's MD fails)
/mdf test (Triggers the message)
/mdf default (Reset settings to default)
