It only does the mount trinket now (which you specify with the /omatr command) - it no longer switches argent dawn trinkets or boots with spurs/riding gloves, etc as it was prone to getting itself into all kinds of knots and leaving people without shoes in combat or whatever.

But yes, tell it what trinket you want equipped when mounted (just once) and it'll swap that for you like the old version did.

If I remember correctly, this used to auto euip any mount trinkets and auto euip Argent Dawn trinket when in the Plaguelands.I loved it for this and only really needed a trinket mod for this. Sadly awhile back it stopped working, and I didn't see you around. Will it still do this?
